Joaquin is an experienced Mortgage Broker and a married Father of 3 Sons, ages 22, 10, and 6. San Antonio, Texas is where he calls home, but he has trusted Referral Partners throughout the Lone Star State. Originally from Odessa, Texas, Joaquin has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and an MBA. He served honorably in the United States Navy and has been helping people achieve the dream of homeownership for 8 years.
His team of professionals pride themselves on helping clients develop a detailed plan of action to become Pre-Approved, and give each Borrower the best "client experience" as possible. All of his clients attend a "Pre-Approval Meeting" and an "Under Contract Meeting," in which Joaquin discusses the loan process, explains the loan figures in detail, and answers any questions that they may have. In addition, Joaquin uses a free "concierge service" when the client receives Conditional Approval from the Underwriter, this service helps the Borrower turn on all utilities, internet, and cable services at their new property with one 15-minute phone call.
